Global Sources Electronics & Gaming 2026: Airport and Expo Transport
Global Sources Consumer Electronics and Global Sources Gaming run at AsiaWorld-Expo from 11 to 14 October 2026. The venue is beside HKIA, but hotel, luggage and multi-day schedules still need advance planning.
Ask about Global Sources transport
HKIA
Provide the HKIA flight, hotel, traveller and baggage details.
Arrival
Separate airport-to-expo timing from hotel check-in and meeting schedules.
Departure
Allow for hall exit, team regrouping and baggage collection.
Greater Bay Area
List every Hong Kong and GBA stop for a multi-day route review.
HKIA and exhibition arrival
Share the flight, hotel, traveller and baggage details. Direct airport-to-expo travel and hotel check-in plans should be reviewed separately.
Multi-day business transport
For teams, buyer meetings or equipment, provide each day’s pickup time, hotel, hall and additional stops rather than treating four days as one transfer.
After the exhibition
Confirm whether the next stop is an airport, Hong Kong hotel or Greater Bay Area city, and allow time for hall exit and baggage collection.
